The time of shipment

When we receive your order, normally we need 24 working hours to process your order after receipt of payment. Our staff will check our current stock levels for the items in your order. If all of the items are in stock, it will ship the next business day. All orders placed Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed the following business day.

If items are not in stock, we will inform you by an E-mail, they will have to be made by the manufacturer and your order status will be updated to "Waiting for pieces on order".

Once your order has been shipped out, we will send an email notification with a tracking number.

Order products

Shopping on is very simple and easy. You needn't to register an account, just click "add to cart" or "buy now" button on the product detail page, then fill in your delivery information into the shopping cart page and pay successfully, you will be able to complete the purchase of your necessary products.

Cancel or modify my order

You can cancel an order up until you have received your "Order Processed" email. It is often too late to cancel an order because we start processing orders for in-stock items as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed and it's too late to cancel, you will need to return the item.

Can I add items after I've placed an order?

If your order has not been processed, you can contact us and able to add items by an email.

Can I change the shipping address after I've placed an order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can contact us and able to add items by an email.

Can I cancel my order?

In general, we are unable to cancel orders which were available for despatch at the time of order.
It's only possible to cancel your order before we start to process it. You need to contact us to check if it's still possible to cancel your order. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, you will need to return the item, and bear the shipping costs.

Return a product

To return a product, please contact us to request for the RMA number. After-sales E-mail:
In terms of the returned items, you need to afford the return shipping costs. If the tests turns out to be the quality of our products or other responsibility belongs to us, we will return the shipping costs to you within 3 working days after we receive the returned items. The following cases we will not bear the shipping costs:

(1) Damage caused by improper use of the product.
(2) The customer purchase the wrong model.
(3) Return for no reason.
(4) Other not our responsibility need to return.

All the returned products, according to our return policy, we will give a full refund, partial refund, a free replacement, pay replacement, free repair and pay maintenance for processing within 3 working days after we receive the products.
